University of Minnesota led by Prof. Rhonda Franklin in the Electrical Engineering Department in the College of Science and Engineering entitled, Mentoring for the Formation of Research Careers in Engineering (M-FORCE). M-FORCE is an NSF Inclusive Mentoring Hub collaboration between the University of Minnesota, Morgan State University (an HBCU), and the National GEM Consortium. Our goal is to increase the number of diverse leaders in engineering by implementing mentorship strategies at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Hub activities will be available to Cohort groups and any student interested in learning more about research.
